TAKEOVER (Original Single) by Parliament Cat is an art rock 80s electronic track. This is certainly one of the weirder tracks I've listened to, but normal isn't fun either. This track is very enjoyable with beautiful melodies and beats that encapsulate you it uses an electronic rock ballad foundation, with melodic bass lines, new wave-inspired synths, and a driving, dark chorus. The vocals of this track are quite dramatic, telling the story of an alien race known as the Teledildonians. They come out of hiding to take over the citizens, draining them of their lustful energy.... should it be part of the stranger things season 5 soundtrack? Because it certainly fits the genre of mysterious eeriness and aliens. You should definitely give ' Takeover' by Parliament Cat a listen, it is a unique track that is different from what you're used to, but in a hypnotic mysterious way.
